Sodium cyclamate occurs as white, odorless or almost odorless crystals, or as a crystalline powder with an intensely sweet taste.
Sodium cyclamate is non-nutritive synthetic sweetener as sweet as sugar,it did not saccharin consumption slightly bitter taste from time to time .
It is no harm for human being and safe than sugar saccharin.It is 30~50 times sweeter than sucrose.
Application
As a food additive used in soft drinks,juices,ice cream,cakes and preserves and other food ,and meet international standard.
